How to beat Giant Piranha
Collect three Leeches from the Forest, give them to the woman beside the lake, and cast the Modified Leech she returns. Keep moving sideways, clear only the small Piranhas blocking your route, and keep damaging the boss before the escape bar expires. Return its Skeleton for Desert coordinates.

- 01 · Collect
Pick up three Leeches in the forest
They lie on the ground in the grass; they are quest objects, not fish you catch with a lure.
- 02 · Trade
Exchange them for the Modified Leech
Return to the woman beside the lake. Keep the modified bait until your weapon, food and ammunition are ready.
- 03 · Fight
Cast into the lake and protect your movement lane
Dodge the Giant Piranha sideways and remove only the small Piranhas that box you in.
- 04 · Hand in
Return the Skeleton
The Skeleton—not ordinary meat—earns the Island 3 coordinates.
The fight
Turn the arena into your shield
Pufferfish wins when you stop moving. Your job is to keep clean sand ahead of you and a palm trunk between each charge.
Clear only the blockers
Small Piranhas matter when they close your exit; do not chase every minion.
Reload behind space
Create distance before reloading and re-enter only when the lane is clear.
Feed the escape timer
Keep safe pressure on the boss so the white bar does not empty.
Fix the failed run
What went wrong?
Use the symptom, make one correction, and go again.
You cannot find the Leeches
Look down through the forest grass for ground interaction prompts; do not fish for them.
The boss does not spawn
Use the Modified Leech from the quest, not a shop-bought Beginner Boss Lure.
Small Piranhas surround you
Clear the ones cutting off movement, then return damage to the boss.
Desert stays locked
Pick up and return the Giant Piranha Skeleton to the woman beside the lake.
