Rocks Island walkthrough
Tuna is not the reward. Tuna is the next bait.
Buy the Professional Boss Lure, defeat Tuna, and keep its whole body. Place the Tuna on dry ground near cover to summon Albatross, then return the Albatross Head to the islander inside the shop for Volcano coordinates.

Follow the Island 4 Radar marker
Finish the Pufferfish Fin hand-in on Desert Island, then follow the new Radar coordinates to the rocky fourth island.

Quest
Speak to the islander inside the shop
Start the Terrorizing Bird request before spending the expensive boss lure. The islander is your final Albatross Head hand-in.

Prepare
Buy Professional gear and ranged damage
Professional Lure covers the regular pool. The $1,200 Professional Boss Lure is the Tuna trigger. Bring food and a long-range weapon; the Sniper Rifle makes the bird phase much safer.

Tuna
Cast the Professional Boss Lure
Defeat Tuna while strafing across its jumping path. When it drops, keep the entire body. Do not sell it, cook it or eat it—the body is the next boss bait.

Bird
Place Tuna on dry ground near cover
Set the defeated Tuna beside the shop or another roofed area. Albatross arrives shortly after. Stay close to cover and shoot between its diving and projectile passes.

Leave
Return the Albatross Head
Collect the Head rather than only the ordinary Meat Chunks. Carry it to the islander inside the shop to finish the quest and reveal Volcano Island.

Fix the stuck run
Common mistakes
The Professional Lure did not catch Tuna+
You bought the regular lure. Tuna requires the full Professional Boss Lure, which costs $1,200 at the Rocks shop.
I sold, cooked or ate the Tuna+
Catch another Tuna with another Professional Boss Lure. The defeated body is the Albatross trigger, so it must stay intact.
Albatross is not appearing+
Place the defeated Tuna on dry ground and wait nearby. Position it close to the shop so you can move under the roof when the fight begins.
Albatross escaped before I killed it+
Its white escape bar ran out. You need another Tuna to restart. Stay near cover, but step out and damage it during every safe return pass.
Volcano is still missing after the fight+
Find and pick up the Albatross Head, then return it to the islander inside the shop. Meat Chunks do not complete the quest.
